Above and beyond expectations!!! I booked in for a luxury pedicure and it was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had in a salon! It started with a warm and friendly greeting then escorted to a private dimmed lighted room with peaceful ocean sounds. Heidi had clear communication throughout explaining exactly what was happening next. I had a warm wheat pack of my eyes laying on a massage bed. The pedicure started with removing all dead skin followed up with an exfoliating salt scrub and full warm oil leg and foot massage. Heidi took her time (1.5 hours!) with every step to make sure you had an indulging experience. Due to having my appointment rescheduled they even gave a complimentary parffin wax which left my skin feeling soft and moisturised. I’ve never been so happy with a service my toes look absolutely incredible and I will never be able to go back to a normal over stimulating over crowed nail salon again. This was not just a pedicure this was an experience. I will certainly be gifting this to any new mummas or friends/family that need a little pampering. Thank you for all being such kind wonderful people that love what you do! If only I could give more stars!! 11/10!!!!

Although the staff are lovely, unfortunately the service isn’t. Half of one eyebrow was unfinished and my Shelac nails peeled. I’ve had shellac for years, never known it to peel before. Won’t be returning sorry 😞 $91 wasted. Go somewhere else!!! …

I highly recommend the Pure Indulgence Signature Facial. I booked into Springfield Salon & Heidi was my therapist. The treatment was next level. Very relaxing! My skin feels amazing & rejuvenated.

Before you even get any service, they are running late, their message system doesn’t not work properly, you show them it doesn’t work properly & then they argue & argue & bicker & bicker over their system & their staff make a federal court case over how their system works & doesn’t work 🤯 just say - “you’re sorry they are running late, their staff is sick & they will fix their message system” …. Simple - don’t kept arguing, you don’t need to be ‘right fighter’… They sure as hell hate being advised their system is broken. Seriously what a drama 😖 went there for a relaxing massage / facial & end up have to ask them to stop proving they right! Stop just stop! O.M.G.! You’re right, you’re perfect whatever 👎 never again

Emily was extremely helpful in supporting me with my skin over the past few visits. I had an incredible experience with my pro skin peels and Emily was very knowledgeable about how I can look after my skin in preparation for my wedding.

These ladies are so dedicated to their craft. My stylist Kat always goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcomes for my treatments as I’m sure she does with all her lovely clients. I always feel welcomed as soon as I enter the facility and recommend anyone who’s interested in the services that they provide. Wonderful branch with wonderful staff
